KERN-LIEBERS K.K. was found in the city of Kusatsu (Shiga prefecture) in 1991 for the production of retractor springs for seat belts.

KERN-LIEBERS K.K. supplies strip springs to the automotive industry in Japan providing technical support combined with economical and cost-effective solutions through our sales office in Kyoto.
